An error message at subscribing means that your Apple ID is already associated with a subscription on a different account. Each Apple ID can only be associated with one SALT account and one subscription at a time.
If you’ve created a new SALT account and want to subscribe to SALT Premium, you need to make sure that you’ve permanently deleted your old SALT account first. Deleting your account will permanently delete your matches, messages and other information associated with the account.
To delete your old SALT account:
- Sign in to SALT with the Facebook or email address associated with the account you'd like to delete
- Go to Settings > FAQs
- Tap the cross next to My account and scroll down to ‘I want to delete my account.’
- Tap Delete account
