As with all in-app purchases across the App and Play Stores, SALT does not handle any billing or payments and so all requests for refunds must be raised directly with Apple or Google and not with SALT.

Apple handles all refunds and cancellations for SALT subscriptions on iOS devices. All refunds are granted entirely at the discretion of Apple. To request a refund from Apple, please contact iTunes Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.
