Please note: A Payment Verification Error may occur if you have multiple SALT accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
Please ensure that you do not have any other SALT accounts associated with either an email address or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please login to that account, delete it and attempt to restore your purchase again with your chosen account.
If you previously subscribed to SALT Premium but that membership isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:
- Tap the Settings icon in the top left corner of your screen
- Tap FAQs
- Tap the cross next to SALT premium
- Scroll down to ‘My Premium features aren’t working’ and Tap Restore purchases.
