Please note: A Payment Verification Error may occur if you have multiple SALT accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
Please ensure that you do not have any other SALT accounts associated with either an email address or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please login to that account, delete it and attempt to restore your purchase again with your chosen account.
If you previously subscribed to SALT Premium but that membership isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:
- Tap the Home icon in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap FAQs
- Go to ‘SALT premium’
- Scroll down to ‘My Premium features aren’t working’ and Tap ‘Restore purchases’.
- If these steps aren't effective, please delete your SALT app, reinstall it from the App or Play Store and then try this process of restoring your Purchases again
- If that still hasn’t worked it is very unlikely that you have actually purchased SALT Premium. If you do however have confirmation from your bank or credit card company, please send a sanitised version to us so that we can investigate for you.
