Please ensure that you do not have any other SALT accounts associated with either an email address, Google, Apple or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please delete one of your accounts and attempt to restore your purchase again.
Please note: A Payment Verification Error may occur if you have multiple SALT accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
If you previously subscribed to SALT Premium but that membership isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:
- Tap the Home icon in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap FAQs
- Go to ‘SALT premium’
- Scroll down to ‘My Premium features aren’t working’ and Tap ‘Restore purchases’.
- If these steps aren't effective, please delete your SALT app, reinstall it from the App or Play Store and then try this process of restoring your Purchases again
- If that still hasn’t worked it is very unlikely that you have actually purchased SALT Premium. If you do however have confirmation from your bank or credit card company, please send a sanitised version to us so that we can investigate for you.
